Raina Sabellico grew up under Florida sunshine before falling head-over-heels for East Tennessee — the mountains, the seasons, and yards that actually reward the work you put into them. She founded Rocky-Top Maintenance to bring honest, hands-on landscaping to Knoxville and the towns tucked into the foothills.

You'll usually spot her in the white Jeep, trailer hitched, somewhere between a mulch run and a hardscape walk-through. She works directly with homeowners and HOAs, and treats every yard like it's part of her neighborhood — because in Knoxville, eventually, it is.
